Our Process

We have a 3 stage process for all orders: design, print & ship. We cannot start our design process until payment is received or 50% (or deposit) is paid (packages only) by the client. Once orders are approved, then we send off for printing at an entrusted 3rd party company. Then, we ship to you! This can all be done in less than 5 business days if needed! We ensure prompt delivery and great quality according to your schedule. Our production process is on a first come, first serve basis, but all orders will receive proofs within 72 business hours. (Business hours are 8 hours shifts per day. i.e. 72 business hours = 9 days max ).

Rush processing is available for those requesting faster turnaround times.

Online Orders

All online orders are to be paid in full prior to design. The above design process (for 50% deposits) only applies to Paypal invoice clients. There is not an option to pay deposit via our online ordering system.

Websites, Packages & Payment Installments

Websites and packages that are billed via invoice qualifies for payment installments. Websites and packages have a requirement for us to have a credit or debit card on file. There will be a credit card authorization form to fill out for automatic payments. Payments will automatically be drafted from your debit or credit card every two weeks. If a client needs  a release of their domain after any cancellation of a website service there is a flat fee of $125. There are no refunds on website services. If for any reason the client wishes to cancel their website service they will be given the option of a digital credit. This credit is good for digital services or digital products only. Additional fees will apply for printed products.

Web Design Service

Web design services rendered by 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly and its partners includes custom design and set up per page purchased in your package deal. 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly are not content writers. Clients must provide its own content to be included in the site. Content is absolute text and wording for the site.

Turn around time: Proof preview to be sent 2-3 weeks from receipt of content via email.

*Turn around time is upon discretion of the company and it's current production load at the time of purchase. Please contact staff to get an accurate estimated turn around time.

Discounts

If 2 Women Marketing applies a discount and/or free item(s) to ANY invoice; that invoice must be paid within 72 hours from the time that the invoice is sent. Otherwise, the discount and/or free item(s) will no longer be valid. 2 Women Marketing has the right to extend any discounts at anytime.

Refund Policy

All deposits are 50% of your total order.  All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.  If you decide to cancel a(n) product(s) from your order after labor has began, your design fees are non-refundable. In this event, funds can be applied to a new product or service or you will receive a 2WMF credit .

Cancellation

Customers have 24 hours from the time of their order to cancel and receive a full refund. Orders  cancelled after this will not be refunded any design/set up fees, but will receive a full refund towards any printed materials.

Returns

Unfortunately, there are no returns due to the fact that all orders are custom designed to all the needs for specific clients. 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly can issue you a credit in the form of 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly Cash, that can only be used with 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly and at the discretion of 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly.

Edits/Changes (Logos)

Edits/Changes Process (Digital products)

The client is to select a proof (if there is one or any) that they like and send a response via email to 2wmflawlessly@gmail.com. Each proof will be submitted to the client with a number in the top right corner. The Client has the right to request changes to the proofs that are chosen, unless there is not a proof that the client loves (in this case, the client can request a new set of concepts).

After an excessive amount of changes there will be a $5 charge per change or edit. Once Logo is finalized, 2 Women Marketing will request for the remaining balance to be paid (for deposit payments). Once final payment is made, we will complete the client’s logo package with the copyright release forms, a transparent copy and solid copy of their chosen logo.

Edits/Changes Process (Printed Products)

All printed products have up to 5 changes before charges will incurred for alterations. Once the design process is closed, there will be a $5 alteration fee for all new changes. (For example, a client needs to add new vendors to a flyer 1 month after the initial design process has ended).

T-shirts and clothing products have up to 4 changes. After excessive changes after the specified amount of changes an additional $5 per change/edit will we sent to you in the form of an invoice.

Clients are responsible for proofreading all products and making sure that all information is correct and accurate before products are ordered and printed. 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly is not liable for any misspelled names, ages, etc.  

2 Women Marketing will not order and/or print products unless client approves of the proof via email. 

All materials created by 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly will and can be used for any marketing and advertisement purposes. 

Digital File Release (without proof stamp)

Copyright release for specific products can range from for $20-$100. This is not your set-up/design fee. If you want to purchase your digital product for personal use, please inquire about your copyright release for that product.  

All graphics are exclusively designed and created by 2 Women Marketing Flawlessly. Clipart, vector and stock photos are purchased at the discretion of our company and can only be used by our company.
